However, we do not transfer existing websites. We believe in creating top-of-the-line websites with the latest website building and hosting technology; if you’re looking to build a new website with us, the build time will be shorter since you already have initial website resources on your end.

Yes! Not only can you transfer your domain name, you can also renew existing domain names or get a new domain name using our services.
Our aim is to complete our customer’s website as soon as possible. Once your website building process has started, we can build your website and launch it in as little as 2 weeks. However, a lot of the building process is dependent on how we receive images, graphics, website text and how site-specific inquiries are forwarded.
No. Our systems hold backups of your website, and are stored in a secure location. We can access them quickly if they are needed.
Our website building time is usually within 2 weeks. If you need your website built sooner, we need all website images, text, and graphic work ready and sent to us as soon as possible. The faster you clear data from your end, the faster the website is complete on our end.
Here are the things that qualify as Website changes:
- Updating logo
· Adding/removing new photos, images or text
· Changes to online forms
· Adding / removing products or updating existing products
· Adding promotional banners
Here are the things that do not qualify as website changes:
- Structural website upgrades
· Creation of a new website
· Custom functionality or personalized website changes
· Additional requests such as adding shopping cart feature (considering there wasn’t such a feature before)
In case of items that do not qualify as changes, and new additions, we have the right to provide an estimate for the new upgrade request or upgrade your plan.
Simple website change requests can be completed the same day, or the next business day. However, for complex website changes, or website feature upgrades, we will require more time. Our team will contact you and give you an estimate on time required.
It’s usually preferred you to have your own photos. However, we can help you with “free to use” images from the internet; if you want better quality photos, we can suggest paid stock image websites.
Most of the time, we will find free to use images over the internet and if you like them, we will continue with them. If not, we can suggest paid photos.
This is a very a common problem a lot of website owners have. We can provide you guides that will help you with putting together content.
Bank Deposit/VISA/MasterCard are accepted readily through our website, or you can complete your payment on the phone.
Direct debit options are also available, we will send you an invoice with payment instructions.
No. There is no contract and you can cancel your account at any time.
There is no cancellation fees. If you want to terminate your account with us within the first 12 months and also require a backup of the website, its files and data, there is a pay-out charge.
It depends on the time remaining of the 12 month period.
If you have enjoyed our services for 8 months and want to cancel and keep all the data, and receive a backup of the website, you will need to pay a payout charge which is 4 x monthly fees. There are no pro-rata refunds for cancellations during the pre-paid month.
If you do not require a copy of the website there is no payout charge.
After you’re with us for 12 months, you will receive a copy of your website. Backups, website files and website databases are not available within the first 12 months of service.
